Godzilla for PlayStation 4 cheats - Cheating Dome has all the latest cheat codes, unlocks, hints and game secrets you need. I know the digital download copies of both the PS3 and PS4 version of the game itself were delisted in late 2017, but I can't seem to find any info about the status of the DLC. Searching 'Godzilla' on the PlayStation Store website only shows the Blue Oyster Cult song on a few music games.

Take the following steps to unlock each one, so that all unlockable characters in the game will be available to you.

At the game’s worldwide launch on July 14th, 2015, 22 characters will be available in the roster; many of which you’ll have to unlock by playing the game or buying their Godzilla: The Game DLC pack (previously only available as a pre-order bonus). These DLC characters will become available in the PlayStation Store later in 2015.
Note: Once you have all the monsters unlocked in every mode, you’ll find there are 22 in total. — However, when going to Online VS an extra 3 slots appear below Godzilla and above Anguirus. These “?” slots are Godzilla’s other Automic Breathes, you get them when evolving Godzilla.

4. Biollante — How To Unlock: There’s a random encounter at Stage 17 following the hard route in the God of Destruction Mode, which allows you to unlock one of the well hidden extra characters. As the video guide shows, in this case Biollante gets unlocked.
5. Destoroyah — How To Unlock: Method #1) Choose Defend option in God of Destruction Mode and then in Stage 3 choose the “?” stage on normal/hard route. Can be completed in mere minutes when playing as Larva Mothra.
Method #2) First unlock Burning Godzilla. Then get to the 25th stage in Invasion Mode while playing as Burning Godzilla, at which point you’ll have to fight and defeat Destoroyah to unlock it.

9. Godzilla (1995) AKA Burning Godzilla — How To Unlock: Get at least 50% of the data collection to unlock the last branch of the story. To get this much data, do multiple runs of the game’s God of Destruction Mode and collect all of the data along the way. — To get the final story stage you need to be a 100m Godzilla. This unlocks the secret true ending on either Invasion or Defend option, where you turn into Burning Godzilla and have to fight the Super X3 and LegendaryGoji. — Win the final stage to get the true ending, which in turn will get you Burning Godzilla’s DNA cells and then you unlock him.
At the main menu, press A + Up to display the cheat entry screen. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function:

Mothership areaShoot down the ship in the 'Invasion' level at San Francisco. You can now select the Mothership as an area for purchase at the shop for 35,000. Alternately, play as the Alien faction. You can select the Mothership after another faction shoots down the ship.
Bonus monstersSuccessfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding monster for purchase at the shop:
Baragon: Play the 'Friend In Need' level at Monster Island with the Alien faction. Free Baragon from the crystals, and successfully complete the level. Then, play the 'Baragon' level at Monster Island, and defeat Baragon to unlock it for purchase at the shop for 15,000.
Biollante: Play the 'Rumble In The Surf' level at Tokyo with the Earth Defenders faction. Destroy the building wrapped with vines with a glowing green base in the arena. Biollante will briefly appear. Successfully complete the level, then play the 'Biollante' level at Tokyo. Defeat Biollante to unlock it for purchase at the shop for 30,000.
Godzilla 1954: Unlock all monsters except for Godzilla 1990s at the shop. Godzilla 1954 will now be unlocked for purchase at the shop for 100,000.
Godzilla 1990's: Successfully complete the game with a one monster from every faction, then unlock one bonus monster from each faction. Godzilla 1990's will now be unlocked for purchase at the shop for 20,000.
Jet Jaguar: Unlock the Global Defense Force faction to also unlock Jet Jaguar for purchase at the shop for 30,000.
Krystalak: Play the 'Terran Mind-Control' level at New York with the Alien faction. Destroy the large crystal structure with rock plates at the base found inside the crater. The 'Rise Of Krystalak' level will eventually become unlocked at New York. Play it, and defeat Krystalak to unlock it at the shop for 20,000.
Mecha-King Ghidorah: Play the 'Invasion' level at San Francisco with an Earth Defenders faction monster that can face King Ghidorah (for example, Anguirus or Baragon). Defeat King Ghidorah, then play the 'Mecha-King Ghidorah' level at San Francisco. Defeat Mecha-King Ghidorah to unlock it for purchase at the shop for 50,000.
Mechagodzilla: Unlock the Alien faction to also unlock Mechagodzilla for purchase at the shop for 25,000.
Mechagodzilla 2: Unlock the Global Defense Force faction to also unlock Mechagodzilla 2 for purchase at the shop for 15,000.
Megaguirus: Play the 'Enter General Gyozen' level at London with the Earth Defenders faction. Destroy the three giant light teal crystals. Note: There will be no monster unlocked message. Then, defeat Atoragon near the end of the game to unlock the 'Wrath Of Megaguirus' level at London. Play that level, and defeat Megaguirus to unlock it at the shop for 20.000.
Moguera: Unlock the Global Defense Force faction to also unlock Moguera at the shop for 5,000.
Obsidius: Play the 'Big Trouble' level at Seattle with the Global Defense Force faction. Locate the two cone-like crystals in the volcanic area, where the lava is at the water. Destroy them, then successfully complete the level. Then, play the 'Birth Of Obsidius' level at Seattle, and defeat Obsidius to unlock it for purchase at the shop for 20,000.
Orga: Unlock the Alien faction to also unlock Orga for purchase at the shop for 50,000.
Space Godzilla: Collect at least four Power Surges, then successfully complete the 'Tyrant' level with the Mutant faction to unlock Space Godzilla for purchase at the shop for 100,000.
Titanosaurus: Play the 'Soloist' level at Sydney with the Global Defense Force faction. Destroy the three flat circular ice structures just outside the force field on the frozen land with a beam weapon. Successfully complete the level, then play the 'Awakening Titanosaurus' level at Sydney. Defeat Titanosaurus to unlock it for purchase at the shop for 25,000.
Varan: Play the 'On The Mothership ' level with the Alien Faction. Destroy the three purple objects on the wall, and successfully complete the level. Then, play the 'Evicting Varan' level at the Mothership, and defeat Varan to unlock it for purchase at the shop for 30,000.
To view an alternate ending as any of the Earth Defenders or GDF monsters, get all seven Power Surges. You will get the 'Tyrant' ending instead of the 'Hero' ending once you successfully complete Story mode.
